Todd G. Knepfler

Todd Gilbert Knepfler, age 60, of North Branch Passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at McLaren Lapeer Region.  Todd was born on  January 21, 1962 in Lapeer, MI, the son of Joseph and Elaine (Kreiner)  Knepfler.

Todd grew up in North Branch and graduated from North Branch High School in 1980.  On April 16, 1999 he married  the love of his life, Darla Smith.  Todd enjoyed welding and was a welder his whole life.  He was employed for Shure Star in Auburn Hills for 11 years.  Todd enjoyed hunting, collecting guns, carpentry, and especially working on his car.  

Todd is survived by his wife, Darla, daughter Jordan (Tim) Gaddy, and mother, Elaine Knepfler, brother, Ron, (Linda) Knepfler, sister, Julie Knepfler, few nieces and nephews and many cousins, and two special pets dogs, Moose and Bella.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph.

In lieu of flowers , memorials may be directed to the family.

The family will be present for visitation on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 from 1 to 5 PM with a 5 PM service all at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home.  Pastor Joseph Schierlinger will officiate.
