Thomas “Troll” Smith, age 57, of North Branch passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at McLaren/Lapeer Region Hospital. Tom was born on October 6, 1962, in Yale, MI, the son of Fred and Marjorie (VanConant) Smith. He grew up in the North Branch area and was a graduate of North Branch High School. He worked for MK Chambers as a machinist. Tom was a member of the Avengers Motorcycle Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his friends.

Tom is survived by his sister, Marjorie (Bernell) Wilson of North Branch, his brother, Kenneth (Wanda) Knox of Elhart, Indiana; many nieces and nephews; his girlfriend, Charity; his brothers and sisters of the Avengers Motorcycle Club. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lori; his parents; his two brothers, Donald Knox and Jim Knox.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for the charity of the family’s choice.

Per Tom’s wishes cremation has taken place.

There will be a memorial service for Tom on June 27th at 3:00 P.M. at the Avenger's Bike Club, 6480 Davison Road, Burton, MI 48509
