Terry Lee Grossbauer

 Terry Grossbauer, age 67, of North Branch passed away on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at his home with his family by his side. Terry was born on February 27, 1954, in Lapeer, MI, the son of Frances and Francis (Terpening) Grossbauer. Terry grew up in the Lapeer area and was a 1973 graduate of Lapeer West High School. He worked at Deco Plate as a High/Lo Driver.

On June 9, 1974, he married the love of his life, Lisa Hosler at the Girl Scout  Camp Sherwood in Lapeer, Mi. Terry enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Terry is survived by his wife, Lisa; his sons, Glenn (Marnee) Grossbauer and Nathan (Jennifer)

Grossbauer; his grandchildren, Sevanah, Colin, Noah and Vada; his siblings, Debbie (John) Woods, Darlene (Jon) Johnson, Dean (Colleen) Grossbauer and Denise Grossbauer; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Gary Grossbauer; his uncle, Larry Grossbauer.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Terry’s name may be directed to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Terry’s life will be held later this summer.
