Taylor "Zeke" Levi Schlaud

Taylor Levi “Zeke” Schlaud, age 27, of North Branch passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021. Taylor was born in Flint, Mi on May 20, 1993, the son of Gigg and Jamie (Houghtaling) Schlaud.  Taylor grew up in the North Branch area. He was employed by B & B Lawn and Landscaping.  The outdoors was Taylor’s life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with his friends and family.

Taylor is survived by his father, Gigg Schlaud, his mother, Jamie (Tom) Tennant, his sister, Brieghanna (Micky) Denver, his brother, Grant Tennant, his niece, Adaline Denver, his grandparents, Sharon (Harold) Mullins, James (Cathy Baxter) Houghtaling, Gary and Linda Tennant, his aunts and uncles, Kip (Tim) Thompson, Gary Schlaud, Dennis (Debbie) Schlaud and Lindsay Schlaud,  many cousins and close friends. Taylor was preceded in death by his nephew Jaxon Schlaud and his grandparents, Leo and Velma Schlaud.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.

Taylor’s family will be present for visitation on Sunday, February 21, 2021, 4:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home. The rosary will be recited at 5:30 P.M.  Taylor will lie in state at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church with visitation 10:00 A.M.-12:00 P.M. on Monday, February 22, 2021. Mass of Christian burial will follow at 12:00 P.M. Rev. Sama Muma will officiate. Taylor will be laid to rest at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery next to his nephew, Jaxon.
