Ronald “Ron” Randall, 87, of North Branch passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2024 with his family at his side in the comforts of his daughter’s home. Ron was born in West Bloomfield on February 19, 1937, the son of Alfred and Edith (England) Randall. Ron was a 1954 graduate of Roosevelt High School in Keego Harbor. On October 25, 1958 he married Marilyn Voorheis at White Lake Presbyterian Church. Ron was a dairy farmer. He was a member of the North Branch Historical Society, North Branch Days and North Branch Farmer’s Group, North Branch First United Methodist Church and Lapeer County Sheriff’s Posse for 36 years.
Ron is survived by his daughter, Karen (Zikar) Aboukarroum, son, Kirk (Ronda) Randall, grandchildren, Romana (Jordan), Kayla, Brandon, Diana, great-grandchildren, Johnny, Marilyn Mae and Katarina, sister, Shirley Jubelt, brother-in-law, Calvin (Karen) Voorheis, sisters-in law, Mary Voorheis and Kathy Voorheis. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Marilyn (2016), son, Kevin (1986), sister, Donna Jean Holmes.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to North Branch First United Methodist Church or Lapeer County 4-H.
The family will be present for visitation on Sunday, July 28, 2024, 2:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home. Monday, July 29, 2024, visitation will be 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. at the First United Methodist Church in North Branch with funeral service at 11:00 A.M. with John Simmons officiating. Ron will be laid to rest at Rich Township Cemetery next to his wife and son.
