Patty Lynn Bogar

     Patricia Lynn Bogar passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 in Saginaw MI. Pat is the daughter of the late Edward Emil and Ida May (Ringquist) Bogar.  She was born on January 27, 1952.

     She grew up in North Branch MI. and graduated in 1970. She spent her adult life in North Branch, Lapeer, and Big Rapids MI.  Her recent years were in Saginaw at two Assisted Living Homes. The family would like to thank Home Away From Home (owner Tricia Platt) and Close To Home (staff) for taking very good care of Patty. We also thank PACE (Program Of All Inclusive Care for the elderly), who provided a place for her to socialize and get medical care.

     Patty enjoyed reading, knitting, playing UNO and spending time with her nieces and nephews.  She had a special place in her heart for animals.

      Pat is survived by her brother Joe (Kathy) Bogar of Grand Blanc, MI, her sisters, Chris Brown Gavitt of Goldsboro NC, Beverly (Duane) Brinker of North Branch MI, Denise (Jim) Beckstrand of Paynesville MN, Ann Golombeski of Fayettville NC, and several nieces and nephews.

     She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother-in-law Ron Brown, and her niece Alicia Brown.

     A funeral mass will be celebrated at St Peter & Paul Catholic Church 6645 Washington St,  North Branch MI on June 12, 2021 at 11:00 There will be a visitation at 10:00.  A graveside service to inter her ashes will follow the mass at St. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
