Nancy Lou Webb 88, of Brown City passed away on November 19, 2025 surrounded by family. Nancy was born to Max & Ethel (Jackson) Millikin on March 1, 1937, in Brown City, Michigan. She was a graduate of Brown City High School and married Rex Webb on July 18, 1959. Nancy worked at the Brown City IGA grocery store until her first child was born and at the J&J Party Store for 10 years prior to retirement in 1987. She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and home maker. Nancy loved her family and much of her spare time was spent painting. She enjoyed painting items that people would ask her to or that she wanted to, which included many surprises for people who sat things down and walked away from them. She was known to paint on clothing, feathers, saw blades, stones, boulders, thimbles, seashells, windows, tail gates, and many other things.
She is survived by her children, Rex (Pat) Webb, Amy (Kevin) Krohn, Patti Perryman, son-in-law Jay (Barb) Blackmer, grandchildren Michelle (Paul) Madera, Rex (Christine) Webb, Thomas (Courtney) Webb, Jacob (Stephanie) Webb, Nicole (Joshua) Clements, Nathaniel (Heather) Sontag, Heidi (Steven) Foxx, Jodie (Ryan) Mullaney, Benjamin Perryman, 11 great grandchildren, sister Judy Krause, sister-in-law Yvonne (Noel) Goggins, and many nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 62 years, Rex Webb, daughters, Martha and Darla, son, Danny, sisters, Bonnnie, Maxine, Pat, brother, Tom, granddaughter, Elizabeth and great grandson, Charles.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to The American Lung Association.
Visitation will be 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. on Friday, November 28, 2025 at Crossroads Baptist Church of Imlay City with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 A.M. Associate Pastor Kendall Dufour will officiate.
