Marilyn A. Breault, age 88, of North Branch, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2020. She was a long time resident of Fisher Senior Care in Mayville. Marilyn was born on May 23, 1931, in Detroit, MI, the daughter of William S. and Marion (Marcotte) Rapin. Marilyn grew up in the Detroit area. She worked at Calvin College in Grand Rapids in foodservice. She was a member of St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in North Branch. Marilyn enjoyed going to the North Branch Senior Center, there she made many friends.
Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Diane Travis of North Branch, MI, Carolyn Hunter of Flushing, MI and Linda Newhouse of Rockford, MI; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great- grandchild in Tennessee; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends from the Senior Center. She was preceded in death by her husband George Stalburger Breault in 1985; granddaughter Lori Marie Myers in 2012; her brothers Robert Rapin and James Rapin..
Memorials in Marilyn’s name may be made to the North Branch Senior Center.
