Marie L. (Primeau) Repic

Marie L. Repic, 91, of North Branch, MI passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Stonegate Health Campus. Marie was born on September 14, 1932 in Marlette, MI, to Leon and Mary (Pelletier) Primeau. She married Andrew Repic on September 17, 1955. They were long time members of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church and she was a member of the altar society.  Marie worked several years at the North Branch Area Schools. They enjoyed square dancing and snowmobiling. The pantry was full of canned goods fresh from their garden and orchard. She enjoyed reading and was a lucky winner on most trips to the casinos. Marie liked painting ceramics, was an avid baker and an amazing seamstress.

Marie is survived by her husband, Andy, her children, Stephen (Sandra) Repic, Randall (Mary) Repic, Teresa (Daniel) Gormley, Sue (Jeff) Berlin and Roxanne (Paul) Spetoskey, her sister, Geraldine Hack, 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Junior, Harvey, Robert, Raymond, James, Richard, her sisters, Rosanna and Georgenia.

The family gratefully acknowledges the medical staff at Stonegate Health Campus for their superlative care and great compassion.

Visitation will be on Friday, February 23, 2024, 2:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M. at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home with rosary at 5:00 P.M.  On Saturday, February 24, 2024, visitation will 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. Rev. Richard Treml will be officiating. Marie will be laid to rest at SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
