Lee A. Kinkle, 74, of Fostoria passed away at his home on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Lee was born on February 19, 1950 in Detroit, the son of Leland and Frances (Neumayer) Kinkle. Lee grew up in the Imlay City area and was a graduate of Imlay City High School. On January 14, 1998, he married Frances Robinet in Columbiaville. Lee proudly served his country in the United States Army and later in the National Guard Reserves. Lee was a rural postal carrier in Lapeer County. He enjoyed collecting baseball cards, painting landscapes and loved riding around the rural roads with Frances enjoying the scenery.
Lee is survived by his wife, Frances, his children, Julie (Greg) Havens, Mike Morey, Cathie (Matt) Updegraff, Andy (Cara) Plumb, four grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
The family will be present for visitation on Saturday, September 28, 2024, 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home with funeral service at 1:00 P.M. Pastor Joseph Schierlinger will officiate. Burial will take place at a later date.
