John Goss, age 50, of Brown City, passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2022 in Lexington.
John was born on November 8, 1971 to John and Marlene (Snoblen) Goss. John grew up in Marlette where he was a 1990 graduate of Marlette High School. In 1990 John started working at Production Threaded Parts, where he continued to work for 32 years and was known as a “Jack of all trades.”
John enjoyed fishing, hunting, bowling, softball and helping dad.
John is survived by his father, John, his sister, Dawn (Shawn) McClain, nieces and nephews, Deshawn (Lekeyonda) McClain, Jordan, Mason and Kaitlynn McClain, his fur baby, Cyrus, many aunts, uncles, cousins and all his fishing family.
John was preceded in death by his mother Marlene, grandparents; Ernest and Quitajoy Goss, Gerald and Elaine Snoblen.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
The family will be present for visitation on Thursday, October 13, 2022 3PM to 8PM, Friday, October 14, 2022 2PM to 8PM, Saturday, October 15, 2022 10AM to 11AM with the funeral at 11AM with Pastor Ron Hutchinson officiating. Everything will take place at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home, North Branch.
John will be laid to rest by his mother at Westlawn Cemetery.
