Erma Mae (Spear) Morse

Erma Morse, age 88, of Clifford passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at Marlette Regional Hospital. Erma was born on November 18, 1933, in Kingston, MI, the daughter of Irl and Etta Spear. She was a 1952 graduate from Marlette High School. On June 30, 1955, she married Duane Morse. Erma was a homemaker. She was very supportive and loving in taking care of her family. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, bingo and puzzles. She was a huge fan of the Detroit Tigers. Erma had a deep love for God.

Erma is survived by her son, Richard Morse, her daughters, Diana (Thomas) Peruski,  Linda Morse, Brenda (Edwin) Watz, Karen (Walter) Harris, Connie (William) LaBlanc, and Patricia (Mike) White, her many  grandchildren, her many  great-grandchildren , her great-great grandchildren,  many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her son, Christopher Morse and all of her siblings.

The family will be present for visitation on Saturday, July 23, 2022, 10:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home with Funeral Service  to follow at 2:00 P.M. Rev. Ronald Hutchinson will be officiating. Erma will be laid to rest next to her husband at Marlette City Cemetery.
