Ellen Jean (Baird) Hunter, age 95, passed away February 13, 2023. Ellen was born May 25, 1927, daughter of George Thomas and Bernice Lavina (Howland) Baird. Ellen was a teacher in the Detroit Public Schools as was her mother.
Ellen is survived by her three children, Carol (Stan) Mullin of Texas, and twins James (the late Gaye) Brown of North Carolina, and John Brown of Michigan. Three grandchildren: Patrick, Jeffery and Barrett.
Ellen will be buried at Maple Grove Cemetery, North Branch.
