Diane Marie (Conner) Jones

Diane Marie Jones, age 61, of North Branch, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at McLaren Flint after complications with COVID.  Diane was born on October 9, 1959, in Marlette, MI to the late Harmon and Annabell Conner.  She was a classmate of the 1978 North Branch graduating class.

Diane married her one and only, Franklin “Jeff” Jones Sr. on August 20, 1977 in North Branch. She enjoyed playing bingo, visiting flea markets, garage sales and Florida vacations. Diane loved spending time with her family.

Diane is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Jeff, and their children, Jennifer (Ryan) Sieh, Jeff (Valerie) Jones, Melissa (Mike) Gorman, Crystal (Zach) Winslow and Amanda Jones. She is also survived by her in-laws, Frank and Sharon Jones, grandmother, Rose Staten, grandchildren, Tyler, Cameron, Jacob, Caden, Abby, Kevin, Mikey, Annabell, Kylie and Lexie, siblings, Bill Conner, Bob (Karen) Conner, Jim (Maurice) Conner, Marie (Tom) Knaggs and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her aforementioned parents, infant brother, Harmon Jr., brother-in-law, Pete and sister-in-law, Judy.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.

Visitation for Diane will be Saturday, May 1, 2021, 11:00 -1:00 P.M. at Country Christian Church. Family wishes that everyone dress casual. Diane’s funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Dale Lautzenheiser officiating. Diane will be laid to rest at Lum Cemetery.
