Dennis "Skip Scott Taylor

Dennis “Skip” Taylor, age 75, of North Branch passed way on July 30, 2022 at his home with his wife and daughter, Kimmy by his side. Dennis was born on June 7, 1947 in Ansley, Nebraska. On May 13, 1997, Skip married Lynn Blakey in Lapeer. Skip retired from General Motors and then went on to work at Milnes Ford in Lapeer.

Skip had 3 loves in his life, hunting, eating and Lynn, in that order plus fishing and woodworking. He was a very creative and artistic person. Skip loved his family time.

Skip is survived by his wife, Lynn, his children, Denise (David) Belew, Kimberly Hauxwell, Lisa Harris and Nathan (Marissa) Taylor, his grandchildren, Branden, Isaac, Sophia, Taylor, Devin, Jordon, Taylor, Ian, Isabella, Greyson and Hawkins and his great-grandchildren, Anthony, Riverleigh and Jude and his best friend Ed Hook, who was like a brother to Skip. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Stan Clark.

Per Skip’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no service.
