Deborah "Debbie" Myers

Deborah (Debbie) Myers,75, of Columbiaville, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at LaVigne House in Burton, MI. Debbie was born on November 11, 1948, the daughter of Ray and Mary (Weaver) Martin in Flint, MI. She grew up in Clio and was a 1966 graduate of Clio High School. On January 12, 1974, she married the love of her life Howard Myers. Debbie was a insurance agent. She worked for State Farm Insurance in Don McConnell’s office for 12 years. She enjoyed reading and doing all sorts of crafts. Debbie loved her Lay’s Potato Chips, Chocolate Bars and Ice Tea. Her grandkids bought her much joy to her life.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Howard, children, Chad, Jennifer, Michael and Joshua, many grandchildren and great children, brother, Mike (Mary) Martin, sister, Nancy (Tim) Elder, in-laws, Cindy (Tom) Snoblen, Dan Echols, Debbie (Wayne) Readman,  nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and infant daughter, Sarah.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to family to donate to the charities of their choice.

The family will be present for visitation Tuesday, October 8, 2024, 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home. Debbie’s funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M.  Pastor Gary Curell will officiate. Debbie will be laid to rest next to her father at Flint Memorial Park.
