David Arthur Marr

David Arthur Marr, age 61 of Lapeer, MI passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at home with his family. David was born on November 10, 1957 in Goodrich, MI to Norman Marr and Betty Hearns Plummer. He grew up in Columbiaville, MI and graduated from Lakeville High School. David worked as a construction worker and as a cook. He was an excellent cook and enjoyed it. He loved outdoor activities, especially camping. Most of all, David loved spending time with his family.
David is survived by: his wife, Evelyn of KY; step-children, Donna, Amy and Lynnette; step-mother, Mary Crooks; siblings, Mitch, Diana, Norman, Debra, Judy, Cheryl, Dan, Becky, Ginni, Robert, Kay Kay, Patty, Richard and Kent; step-sister, Sherrie; grandchildren, Raider, Emmerie and Kyson; and special friend, Leslie Pero of Clio.
David was preceded in death by: his parents, Norman Marr and Betty Hearns Plummer; son, David Lee Marr; brothers, Gary Cumming, Rusty Hearns and Tom Marr; and step-sister, Kim Hughes.
The family will be holding a private Memorial Service at a later date.
