Carolyn Ann (Hebberd) Fike

Carolyn Ann Fike, age 82, of North Branch passed at her home with her family at her side on Monday, December 6, 2021. Carolyn was born on November 23, 1939, the daughter of Lawrence and Harriet (Reed) Hebberd.  Carolyn grew up in the Silverwood /Rich Township area. She attended North Branch Area Schools and was a 1957 graduate of North Branch High School.  Carolyn married Karl Fike on June 11, 1960 at the First United Methodist Church in North Branch.  She was a home maker. She enjoyed ceramics, bowling, gardening and going to the casino. She made sure all the supplies were in place when it was Maple Syrup time.  Carolyn was a giving person. She was a Cub Scout leader, a volunteer for the North Branch Ambulance and the North Branch Thrift Shop.

Carolyn is survived by her husband, Karl, her children, Brian (Stacey) Fike, Darin (Linda) Fike, Scott (Andrea) Fike and Tonya (Greg) Bukoski, her 10 grandchildren, her 5 great- grandchildren and her 6 great-great-grandchildren , her sisters, Betty Czaczkowski and Donna (Clare) Howard, her brother, Ronal Hebberd, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sisters, Shirley Elonzae and Connie DeGrow, and her brothers, Tom Hebberd, Chuck Hebberd and Jim Hebberd.

Visitation for Carolyn will be on Thursday, December 9, 2021, 3:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home. On Friday, December 10, 2021, visitation will be 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. with funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home.  Pastor Ron Rouse will be officiating.        Carolyn will be laid to rest at Maple Grove Cemetery.
