Barbara S. (Bowers) Pyzik

Barbara S. Pyzik, 69, of Lapeer passed away on July 2, 2025 at her home. Barbara was born on November 26, 1955, in Ida Grove, Iowa, the daughter of Charles and Arlene (Davis) Bowers. Barbara grew up in Iowa and Nebraska. She lived in many states until two years ago she moved to Michigan to be near her son and his family. Barbara was a financial clerk for the Ford Motor Company. She enjoyed traveling and riding horses.

Barbara is survived by her son, Edward (Sarah) Pyzik, grandsons, Trenton and Owen, sister, Carol (Jerry) Peterson, brothers, Blaine Bowers and Mark Bowers, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Pyzik, her parents and her brother, Mike Bowers.

In keeping with the family wishes cremation has been entrusted to Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home. No service is planned at this time.
