Abigail "Abi" Rodriguez

Abigail (Abi) Rodriguez, age 26, of North Branch passed away on February 10, 2023 at her home.  Abi was born in Lapeer, on November 1, 1996, the daughter of Octavio and Patricia Anna (Castillo) Rodriguez. Abi grew up in North Branch and was a 2014 graduate of North Branch High School. She attended Mott Community College and graduated with an associate degree. Abi worked as a front desk receptionist in Port Huron.

Abi enjoyed dancing and taking selfies. She was the life of the party, always late but called to say “I’m on my way.” Abi loved her family time especially spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Abi is survived by her parents, her siblings, Octavio Jr. (Jennifer) Rodriguez, Cruz (Jenifer) Rodriguez, Anaelia (Juan) Mata, Marcos (Taylor) Rodriguez, Natanael Rodriguez, her grandmother, Josefa Chavira De Rodriguez, her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Memorials in Abi’s name may be made to the family

The family will be present for visitation on Sunday, February 19, 2023, 10:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. at Blackburn Chapel-Martin Funeral Home with a funeral service at 2:00 P.M.  Abi will be laid to rest at Arcadia Township Cemetery.on Monday, February 20,2023 at 10:00 A.M.
