Kristy Marie Schank

Kristy Marie Schank , 53 of North Branch passed away on September 4,2018 at home with her loving family around her.  Kristy was born September 23, 1964 in Mount Clemens. She was the daughter of Neil and Geraldine Schaudt. Kristy grew up in Clifford  and attended school at Marlette. On October 9, 1982, she married Tom Schank in North Branch. She worked for General Motors on the production line.  Her hobbies were gardening, traveling, making candies and crafts. Most of all she loved making memories with the family.   Kristy is survived by her husband Tom Schank, children Andrew Schank, Anthony (Rachel) Schank, Grandchild Ridge Schank, Parents Neil and Geraldine Schaudt, Brothers and sisters, Roland (Kathy) Schaudt, Bob (Diane) Schaudt, Kathy (Joe) Tallieu, Kim (Harold) Martin, Karen (Tim) Forys,  Konnie (Jimmie) Hartwell. Along with many loved nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  Her special pets Benelli and Kimber. Kristy was preceded in death by Sister Karlee Schaudt, Aunt Barb Westfall. Grandpa and grandma Schaudt and grandpa and grandma Achatz.                                                                                                                                   

   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Our Savior Lutheran School, Marlette.                                                                                                           Family will be present for visitation on Friday, September 7th from 11am-2pm and 4pm-8pm at Blackburn Chapel- Martin Funeral Home, North Branch and at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Marlette, Saturday September 8, 2018 from 10-11 am. Service will be at Our Savior at 11am. Burial will be following service at West Burlington Cemetery in Silverwood.  The service will be officiated by Pastor David Sutton.
