Bruce Arnold Walls

Bruce Arnold Walls, 69, of North Branch Twp, passed away October 31, 2018 at his home.  Bruce was born March 10, 1949 in Pontiac, MI to William Bertram and Alice Gertrude (Emory) Walls. He grew up in the Pontiac area and graduated from Pontiac Northern. Before shipping out to the Navy he would marry his sweetheart Shirley Kandt.   Bruce was an aviation electrician on the U.S.S. America.  After the Navy, Bruce would go to work for G.M.  He was a Weld Lab Instructor. Bruce loved spending time with his family, up at Canada Creek Ranch, Atlanta, Mi. He also enjoyed scuba diving, motorcycles, welding artwork and iron sculptures. He liked collecting rocks and gardening.                                                                                                      Bruce is survived by his children, Kirk Walls and Erica Walls. His step-children, Lisa McCory and  Michael Shayne McCory. Brothers and sisters; William R. (Betty) Walls, Genny (Don) Popour, Stan L. (Brenda) Walls, Cheryl (James) Hutchcraft. Bruce had many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.    Bruce was preceded in death by his parents; William and Alice, wife Shirley. His nephew Todd Walls and niece Laura Fiddler.                                              Family will be present for visitation on Sunday November 4, 2018 from 2:00pm-6:00pm and Monday, November 5, 2018 from 1:00pm-2:00.                   Memorial Service will be Monday, November 5, 2018 at 2:00pm. Deacon Joe Schierlinger will be officiating.                                                                  Military Honors will be conducted by North Branch American Legion Post #457.  In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the V.F.W.                                You may share an online condolence at www.blackburnchapel.com.
